Late completion on many construction projects is often
due to delays caused by the late delivery and erection
of steel frames and the reliance on cladding sub-contractors
turning up on time and completing the job to the required
standards.
That’s not a problem for us as we have the fantastic
advantage of having our own in-house steel fabrication
and cladding facilities, both in terms of manufacturing
capability in our own factory and handled on site by our
own construction teams. This means we are ideally positioned
to complete projects not just to the very highest standards
of quality, but also to enforce a very rigorous cost control
and a determination to meet even the tightest of completion
deadlines.
