Spec:
Steel framed three storey office development with brick cladded walls, powder coated metal windows, concrete floors, insulated metal roof, metal staircases and balustrading, full height Atrium reception area, full office air conditioning, together with associated car parking, drainage and landscaping. The project was carried out under the supervision of Stockport based Cartwright Goss, Chartered Architects.
